Office Hours are Monday through Friday by appointment only. Some evening hours (after 6 p.m.) and weekend hours may be available with one of Dr. Garrity's associates.

Payment options
You may choose to pay for our services personally without billing your insurance carrier in order to more fully protect your confidentiality.

If you prefer to bill insurance, we accept a wide range of policies. Contact your insurance carrier to see if our services are covered. If you remain uncertain, we will assist you in contacting your insurance carrier.

Parking
Attached parking is available in the ramp adjacent to the main entrance on 110 E. Main Street. The elevator located on the floor of the ramp on which you parked will take you down to the first floor. Follow the signs into the Tenney Plaza lobby by bearing to the left and take an elevator to Floor # 7.

Public parking is available one short block south in the Government East ramp. The ramp entrance is on Pinckney Street between Doty and Wilson Streets.
